Since 1994 in the world of artisan coffee roasting in Bologna

July 14th is a very important day for us, because it was on a hot summer afternoon in 1994 that we decided to found our company.
Today we have 2 points of sale in the heart of Bologna, one of which includes a bar with professional baristas who will serve you our blends.

To these is added the shop in the place of our production: in San Lazzaro di Savena (BO).
Our biggest challenge, over the decades, has been to search with passion and attention for the perfect aromas for our artisan coffee.

 

We have dedicated soul and heart to the care of every detail of taste. For us, the roasting of handmade coffee on July 14th is a timeless passion.
The same passion that drove our Filicori family to look for the best combinations for unique and irresistible flavor blends.

We have been roasters and coffee producers for 3 generations, today you can find Claudia and Aldo Filicori, who have been taking care of the production and the shops for years, at the helm of our company.

We carry on the path taken by our grandfather and our fathers: behind us we have the tradition and knowledge handed down from generation to generation that give us the strength to continue to devote great passion to every single production.
